Water supply

In Chile infrastructure there is quite good. You get clean water to drink from a faucet. But there is some rural areas, where water connections are not that good. For the equality, it would be right if all people get water, where ever they live. So I have decided we go to work with poor, unemployed people.
First we have to find hard-working, honest, reliable people, who are ready to learn new things and do some work. After that starts training. We teach them, how we work and how to do all things.
Challenges could be the workers are not professionals and the ground could be hard to build to. Also one very important question is, does the state pay all the costs.
